When a man driving near the forest tries to willfully hit an antler; it turns into a mysterious showdown between him and the antler.
A man drives his car furiously down a narrow road, surrounded by a vast forest, when he encounters a deer in the middle of the road. He makes a villainous attempt to ram it. However, on this particular evening, the hit and run has real consequences in this foreboding and stylistic story created by Sune Reinhardt, Mikael Ilnæs, Michael L. Fonsholt, Jouko Keskitalo for their Bachelor film project at The Animation Workshop.
The only ambiguity present in Mighty Antlers is if the driver’s experience is a real otherworldly encounter or a pain ravaged brain’s interpretation of the trauma this body’s just endured?
